Our Personal Training Packages are all designed for 1 to 1 private training or sharing with a friend 1 to 2. We are fully mobile and can train you in your own backyard or garage if you prefer.

Karen Moore

Karen Moore is the owner and chief trainer at Attitude to Burn. Karen started out as a client of Attitude to Burn. Once she started attending sessions 6 days a week she realised she was hooked and there was no turning back.

Karen's qualifications include:

  • Cert III – Gym Instruction (FitNation)
  • Cert IV – Personal Training (FitNation)
  • Accredited Athletics Coach (Athletics Australia)
  • Level 2 Recreational Running Coach
  • Fundamentals of Battling Ropes (AIK)
  • Certified Older Adults & Childrens trainer (FitNation)

Chris Young

Chris started as a Group and Personal Trainer with Attitude To Burn in 2013. He is currently in his 3rd year of studying Exercise Science and loves constantly learning as much as he can about health and fitness.

Chris' qualifications include:

  • Cert 4 Fitness- Personal Training (Tafe NSW)
  • Certified Older Adults and Children’s Trainer (Tafe NSW)
  • Level 1 strength and conditioning coach

  • Level 1 Registered Fitness Australia

Small group training

  • $15 per class
  • $145 for 10 class pass
  • $360 for three months unlimited classes

Personal training

  • $40 for 30 minutes
  • $60 for 60 minutes
  • Monthly & weekly packages available. Please enquire


Our outdoor group training sessions are located on Woonona Public School oval, Liddle Street Woonona. During wet weather we will meet in the upper playground under the school shelter.

The 'Run for Fun' squad also meets at the oval, but may continue down to the beach and back for training.
