Our Personal Training Packages are all designed for 1 to 1 private training or sharing with a friend 1 to 2. We are fully mobile and can train you in your own backyard or garage if you prefer.
Attitude to Burn offers a range of training options for Special Events, such as: Tough Bloke / Chick / Mudder Challenge, Sutherland to Surf, City to Surf, Blackmores Running Festival.
Karen Moore is the owner and chief trainer at Attitude to Burn. Karen started out as a client of Attitude to Burn. Once she started attending sessions 6 days a week she realised she was hooked and there was no turning back.

Chris started as a Group and Personal Trainer with Attitude To Burn in 2013. He is currently in his 3rd year of studying Exercise Science and loves constantly learning as much as he can about health and fitness.

Our outdoor group training sessions are located on Woonona Public School oval, Liddle Street Woonona. During wet weather we will meet in the upper playground under the school shelter.
The 'Run for Fun' squad also meets at the oval, but may continue down to the beach and back for training.
